A Japanese face lift is a  face and neck massage, often referred to as a non-surgical facelift. It is a natural and non-invasive alternative to aesthetic medicine treatments. The treatment itself, which includes the muscles of the face, but also the cleavage, neck, shoulders, back and head, is relaxing, and the effects are amazing. The essence of this technique is to remove tensions that have a negative impact on the condition and functioning of the muscles (which translates into appearance and well-being). This is possible thanks to the complexity and intensity of the techniques and work on the deeper layers of the skin and muscles. This leads to the activation of the muscles and stimulation of individual areas on the face, which causes a natural lifting effect.

This massage is a ritual that follows strictly defined rules. It consists of five successive stages. These are:

  • deep tissue massage
  • deep relaxation
  • lymphatic drainage
  • lifting part
  • acupressure

The treatment begins with reducing muscle tension, which allows for smoothing out fine facial wrinkles. This part – deep tissue massage – is performed dry, without the use of oil.

Then comes relaxation, which allows for muscle relaxation, as well as reducing tension and stress. Because it improves circulation, it evens out skin tone.

An important part of the treatment is lymphatic drainage. This is a technique that improves lymph flow, which reduces swelling and puffiness.

The lifting stage is the most intensive part of this massage. It allows you to improve the face oval, increases blood flow, which warms up the epidermis and lifts the skin.

The last stage of the treatment is acupressure, which is the stimulation of various points on the face, which affects the work of a given muscle. A Japanese face lift affects the appearance of the face and the condition of the skin, but also the entire body, because it:

  • reduces muscle tension, relaxes them, smoothes out facial wrinkles
  • improves blood circulation
  • oxygenates the complexion
  • improves blood and lymph circulation
  • nourishes the skin
  • stimulates the production of collagen and elastin
  • improves and firms the face oval
  • stimulates cell metabolism, which translates into faster skin regeneration
  • tightens the skin, rejuvenates it,
  • reduces tension not only on the face, but also on the neck and chest
  • relieves stress, allows you to relax
  • helps get rid of headaches.

Transbuccal Massage (Intraoral Massage)

This is a massage that supports the health of the jaw muscles and brings relief to people with tension and jaw pain. It relieves the symptoms of bruxism, helps with migraine headaches and neck or nape tension.

The massage also firms the skin, improves circulation and supports natural lymphatic drainage.

The massage itself consists of three parts:

  • lymphatic drainage
  • proper intraoral massage (transbuccal)
  • sculpting, modeling and lifting of the face

The intraoral massage is performed with gloves. The high effectiveness of the transbuccal massage is based on the simultaneous effect on the skin, deep muscles, fat layer and bone tissue.

During the treatment, the neck and décolleté area is also worked on – thanks to this, you will achieve a comprehensive final effect.

It is recommended to combine a transbuccal massage with a Japanese lifting massage.

Five Elements Face Ritual

A combination of techniques such as Gua Sha, Chinese cupping, lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting and intraoral massage. A treatment that stimulates key points on the face, improves skin condition and supports the absorption of skincare products.

Gua sha consists of gentle movements of a special delicate plate on the skin, which are to stimulate blood circulation, and consequently lead to skin nourishment and reduction of muscle tension.

Chinese cupping affects the relaxation of facial muscles and reduces its tension. Thanks to the vacuum action of facial cupping, they stimulate blood circulation and the lymphatic system. In this way, the body gets rid of toxins much faster and reduces swelling and puffiness. Acceleration of cell metabolism processes affects the activity of facial muscles, which leads to improved tension. The face appears smoother and relaxed.

Facial lymphatic drainage is a form of massage that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system. It is indicated for facial swelling. It is also a great way to get rid of bags under the eyes. It stimulates circulation and lymph flow. Facial lymphatic massage involves gentle pressure and rubbing of the skin by using advanced movements, which effectively removes toxins, restoring the good condition of the skin of the face, neck and décolleté.

Transbuccal massage – also known as a massage through the cheeks – is based on a delicate grip of the soft tissues of the face, acting both from the oral cavity and the outer layer of the skin. This precise technique has not only aesthetic effects, but also has a beneficial effect on health, and helps with bruxism and jaw muscle pain.

Face sculpting is a manual face lift that gives firming, skin tightening and wrinkle reduction effects.

If you see signs of stress, fatigue and tension on your face, or you notice signs of your skin aging, this is a wonderful treatment.
